Sampling complete screw systems auger drilling use automatic sampling machine for sampling during incoming inspection. This automatic sampling machine uses the sampling spiral shaft to go deep into the material, a sampling cylinder is arranged outside the spiral sampling shaft, and a sampling port and a residual material return port are arranged in the upper part of the sampling cylinder. During sampling, the spiral sampling shaft spirally transponders the bottom of the material to the top and comes out of the sampling port on the sampling cylinder. Then enter the back end of the crushing, shrinking shunt process, produce the required sample, made of analytical samples.

The spiral sampler comprises the coal outlet of the sampler, the outer steel cylinder of the sampler, the rotating shaft, the spiral blade, the bearing seat, and the rotating bit. The rotating bit is connected together through the bearing seat and the rotating shaft. The rotating bit is cylindrical and the cutter head structure is arranged at the bottom of the rotating bit, which can cut the large coal samples and gangue in contact with it, so as to collect all the coal samples in the rotating bit. The integrity of coal sample collection and the reliability of coal sample acceptance results are guaranteed.
