Mixing conveyor complete screw systems is characterized by a slow type of agitator, often operating in the laminar flow area, the liquid rises or falls along the spiral surface, and then joins to the central concave, forming an axial up and down convective circulation, and has a strong anti-adhesion effect. This type of agitator is divided into single screw belt type agitator, double screw belt type agitator, conical single screw belt agitator, conical double screw belt agitator, oval bottom double screw belt agitator, screw type agitator. The form and number of screw belts should be determined according to the geometry of the container and the height of the liquid layer, under normal circumstances, single screw belt agitator and double screw belt agitator are suitable for flat or elliptical bottom containers; Conical single screw belt type and conical double screw belt type agitators are used for 90-degree cone bottom containers; Oval bottom double single ribbon agitators are used for oval bottom containers that need to be protected from adhesion. It is suitable for mixing, heat transfer and reaction dissolution of medium and high viscosity liquid or powder material.

1, the whole shaft is mostly made of stainless steel, such as: SUS304L, SUS316L, SAF2205, 10RE51, SAF2507, etc.;
2, the whole axis processing requirements are high, to ensure concentricity;
3, the outer diameter of the screw belt is larger, the inner diameter is larger, and the pitch is larger;
4, the spiral belt is more spliced production;
5, the link between the shaft and the screw belt needs to be reasonably welded.
