Press complete screw systems into the material box to the press screw, and the liquid contained in the material is extruded under the action of the screen wall and cone resistance through the reduction of the pitch of the press screw and the increase of the shaft diameter. The extruded liquid flows out of the sieve hole for centralized treatment, and the residue after pressing is discharged from the machine between the end of the sieve cylinder and the conical body. The rear of the conical body is equipped with a spring, and the size of the discharge resistance and slag outlet can be changed by adjusting the pre-tightening force and position of the spring to adjust the dry and wet degree of the press.
The parameter characteristics of the press screw shaft are mainly reflected:
1, the center shaft is more conical, high welding requirements need to do MT and UT testing;
2, screw blade change inside diameter, change outside diameter, change pitch, all size requirements need to meet industry standards;
3. Spiral blades need to be nickel-based wear resistant treatment;
4. The main section of blade thickness is 16mm-35mm;
5, the material is alloy steel and 3 series stainless steel as the main material, such as: Q345-B, SUS30408, SUS31603, SUS410, SUS430, etc.;
6. Some press shafts need to be wear-resistant surfacing, such as manual surfacing, laser surfacing, plasma powder surfacing, etc.
7, all dimensions need to meet the requirements of matching accuracy and concentric requirements.
