Food grade conveying shaft material characteristics and parameter characteristics:
1, all materials are almost made of 3 series stainless steel, such as: SUS31603, SAF2205, Ti1, Ti2, Ti3, Ti4, etc.
2, the whole axis processing precision requirements are high;
3, part of the whole shaft using full welding form;
4, part of the shaft to all welding parts grinding R Angle, the whole axis polishing surface finish can reach 0.3 μ.
5, the whole axis to ensure concentricity.
